He never did call back and I have left a voice message a second time for him. I asked to speak with a manager who said he would investigate and get back to me by days end. The airline should have been billed and not me. I contacted the hotel and was told it was an early check in fee, which I was not made aware of. Upon arriving home and checking my credit card charges only one $50 was reversed. I did ask why 2 bills then and they shrugged their shoulders and again said the incidental fee. I challenged the staff and was told it was the incidental fee and would be reversed.

When we checked out the next day we had a bill for $50, the drinks and taxes, plus a second bill for $50. We did select more water and a soda which was charged to the room. Staff was very helpful in directing us where to walk and not walk especially in the dark in the hotels area. After a Hilton style breakfast we are used to we checked in, swiped our credit card for incidental charges and was provided our room key. She also invited us to enjoy their breakfast and store our luggage while we waited. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very nice lady who said that they had a room available, but not until after 7:30 a.m. on March 28th and provided a link to hotels and car services which would be paid for by the airline.
